Hello all, I am reading on the real estate investing process and i plan to buy my first property with an FHA loan, however, as i am no one with any experience on rehabbing i have this concern of pricing.So when i find a property and get to the inspection part, i understand they find issues with the house, some which can be minor and others major.

At the minimum, the lead data gives you great insight into the MTR demand for your market.

I had to generate 100's of leads in order to eventually find a good property that will work.Figure out a process/system that will allow you to generate leads like a machine.

I got an email today from this company where their entire platform is built out around assumable loan data. 

In an attempt to simplify explaining the process, so it can be understood, I am leaving out details that I cover in other posts and in training.

As I have been reading through ATTOM's recent data, I want to share how these developments are shaping the market's landscape. 

@Chris Seveney Are you guys servicing the loans yourself, or do you have a vendor that supports this process? 

I looked at it last night and DFW is all over the place- some areas are better than others I used a site called Snapforce that pulls data from Zillow.

If you don't get any additional feedback, you should be able to call the City of Phoenix Planning Dept and assess the overall process, timeline, fees, and feasibility fairly easily.

I definitely have some adjustments to make to my team and my processes for it to really turn into a worthwhile investment property.
