It’s a completely different color than the sample that was shown to me (basically the sample showed only one shade of many, and so I was expecting just a dark brown, yet the end result is many different shades that create a very chaotic, wild and jarring look).

If we can’t successfully do this addition, were inevitably going to have to find another home in the coming years since were quickly outgrowing the one we’re currently in.We currently owe approx $151k on our current mortgage and after the addition I am taking a shot in the dark and estimating that the appraised value of the house would be around $300k if I did the comps around the neighborhood correctly.

I got a call very early this morning (1AM) That my apartment was "On Fire".Needless to say it was , one unit was severely damaged, an additional unit has quite a bit of water damage, and there is some smoke infiltration to other units.I've already issued a claim with my insurance company (I'm insured 100% Over my purchase price).Anyways , what should I be looking for ,ect?

I started to do a photo mockup of the doors in place, but quickly realized to fit in with the wainscoting and cabinets, the door width plays a big part in the overall look and feel of the balance.If it were mine, I would get all 4 doors on site--borrow them and return them, in a size most will be.Then stand them in the openings and leave them there for a couple of days.Look at them morning, noon and after dark, and pick the one that feels most fitting to you.If you are challenged in this area, ask a few lady friends for their opinion, and factor that in (most women have a pretty good sense of style and design).Good Luck!
