Everybody is busy and if you aren't the squeaky wheel nothing gets done. 

Having a separate bank account in the LLC makes sense to keep track of expenses and income from business activity IMHO, and is something we generally prescribe to clients. 

And if they are only working hard because you visit the house a few times a week then you have the wrong team anyway.I have a great team, that includes a dedicated contractor that I help to scale his business and now he's loyal to me. 

Again, if it did, everything else would be out of business by now, right?

What was important I never took a dollar of cash flow or equity out of the business.

Hi,I used to have really great credit (high 700s, maybe even 800 at one point) but it screwed up because my business lost a ton of money around covid.

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

I'm also a skilled handyman and was considering offering my services to other investors as a separate business venture.My question is:Is combining buy-and-hold rentals with handyman services for other investors a wise approach, or will it spread myself too thin?
