Hello,I live in Ocala Florida and am trying to attend the local REIA club, but can't seem to find one for my local area.

Hey every one I live in the state of Georgia and I am wondering does anyone know of any Real estate meet ups or clubs that are going on near Marietta or Atlanta, I would like to get to really know the real estate investor locals and start to network.

I look forward to seeing you at some of the local clubs and meetings.

Fortunately I have picked up quite a few properties in the past few years and they are generating a solid return for me...

We are also in the 3 states rental club :)P.S.

Fortunately, the answer to this one is simple mathematics.  

I was fortunate to find a good realtor, so easily..Just be upfront, find a seasoned vet, and let him know that you need him to make HIM money...

join your local rei club and get a referral to a good attorney if you can.you can send out letters of intent, but even then if you don't know exactly what you want to do, you really should consult an attorney FIRST.first consultation is free, so why not go to several consults?
