I do believe that folks do spend to much time trying to build a core 4 when they need to build a core of cash so they can actually transact.. 

I am looking to pivot to out of state BRRRR's in cheaper markets to continue to build my cash flow.Ohio, Kansas and Texas are some markets I am currently looking to BRRRR.

I would suggest setting up a second LLC as an Escrow/Trust.

There is no short cut in building and retaining wealth.

If they can't fix their own invoices, why would I trust them to keep track of mine?
