You KNOW this.They have their best interest at heart and they are making it very difficult for anyone without the actual funds to waste their time.

@Mike B. have you looked at running a furnished monthly rental out of this home to boost the cashflow?

They temporarily allowed carry-backs again during 'covid-times' to boost up the economy - But it is gone now.You can still carry it forward.

Instructors were excellent....classmates....well I don't think many of them ended up getting licensed and there were lots of bad questions in class, but that made it entertaining...and helped boost my confidence level.
