I have minimal “bad debt” some auto loans and a personal loan but surly want to have little to no debt ASAP

Accidental investment when the original purpose of the buy didn't work out 6 month...

I do the same when i get a mortgage I set it up auto pay and usually round up to the next thousand and pay at least 500 a month extra.. this saved my bacon in 2010 after being hammered so badly in the GFC..

She likes to say she's "self employed" thats what she calls not having a job....she's one of those people that want everyone to think she's rich but has nothing.. the remodeling of the bathrooms she paid for with money from a car accident, still knowing they will loose the house...Idiot they have no assets for the bank to go after and are about $25k behind on payments....
