Does an investor usually pay one bird dog who gives him good leads $50 each while paying another bird dog $10 per lead who usually provides low quality ones?

I have been researching and reading courses and listening to audio cds while driving to work for some years.

I think the best situation you could do is this..Buy a few audio CD's and books about apartment buildings and landlording.

what about other items like school quality, crime, (un)employment, analysis views on future outlook of area?

I have listened to 9/12 audio cds and read through the book.

I don't think a DIY business card would throw a sale because of the quality of my product and services are what brings the customers to me in the first place.So I guess basically I'm saying being polished and professional is good, but it doesn't matter if you can't deliver where it really matters.

For the most part, people (at least, some people I know) seem to think they are pretty expensive for the quality of leads you get.

Running your property well is vital, but being reasonable and flexible is just as important to keeping quality tenants.

The sound quality, on the 4 cds, leaves alot to be desired but it has alot of good information.
