Will I be expected to show that I have the rehab costs already in the bank?

If the property's proceeds go into a US bank account does that qualify as non-US situs?

Many of my plan's decisions can be deferred (I'm trying not to overwhelm myself with planning specifics) but it seems like if I need to show specific experience to a bank, I'll need to start building out my resume at some point.My next step is to increase my cash savings to prepare for a purchase in 2019/20.Any books you'd recommend?   

My main lease prohibits washer/dryers in the units unless we give written permission (which would be the addendum).Here's what mine looks like:THIS ADDENDUM IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THAT CERTAIN LEASE AGREEMENT EXECUTED ON _______________ BETWEEN _______________________ (“Tenant”) AND ______________________ (“Landlord”) Rental Unit Address:This agreement serves as consent from the Landlord to permit Tenant(s) to attach and use a clothes washer and/or dryer within the aforementioned rental unit under the following conditions:Any damage to the Premises caused by water originating from the washer and/or its connecting hoses will repaired by the Landlord at the undersigned Tenant(s) expense.Tenant agrees to regularly maintain and clean lint/debris from the dryer unit itself as well as attached ducting.

I have one main checking account for my LLC to help separate it from my personal banking.

We are really interested at this point in going into a deal or two as a money only partner and banking or reinvesting our returns.

Also, what if I write a letter to the bank that has it about my situation?

Do I go to a traditional bank and get it refinanced?
