It doesn't matter how well ventilated your attic is - warm moist air from a bathroom hits cold air in the attic = condensation.

If you are not going to be adding equity value I believe it is better to brighten it up with paint on walls and floor, use bright lights, and put air fresheners that are ODOR Killer not a scent.

It has a new furnace and air conditioner, new water heater, new main electrical panel, new carpet and paint, new range, and is brick, so minimal exterior painting will be needed on the eaves when the roof is replaced, about 10 years from now.
