@Toben B. in addition to what Shaun Weekes said, the new property will have to be at least 100 miles from the property you are exiting.

You could tell the seller he has x amount of days to accept or you are walking.

I would schedule the appointments around your schedule in exchange for you walking myself and the seller through the wholesaling process.
