That was a good one, everyone could see them, parked in between them, but if I did not have a fresh coat of reflective line paint on before the reinspect, I would have to get permits from the city and have a contractor with a license and bond with the county apply them.

I went to the New York Queens County Records Office to get a Lis Pendens list for my postcard marketing campaign and I was shocked to hear what the clerk had to say.I was told that a couple years ago too many people were coming to the QUeens County Records Office looking for Lis Pendens that they now sell these lists to Big Companies...

on the page it list the county vs the persons name then a list below of the owners name which i assume is who they have loans on the house with these are foreclosure-tx if that makes any difference..so my main question is there anything i can do about getting in a postion to maybe buy the house if i wanted

You are not going to be able to break your lease just because the neighbor flings their dog do over the fence, so forget about that option.See if the HOA, the county health department, or local animal control has a flier about the proper disposal of dog poop.
