It's not like in the US where you have the cash-flowing low appreciation Mid Western-style and the negative cash flow high appreciation Californian-style market.

The problem here was that I have not lived in a low-cost rental property for many years now, and I couldn't see how she was seeing it, from the perspective of having spent all her life in this kind of housing out here in western PA, where I've seen a lot more crappy landlords than I have crappy tenants.

I live in Western MA (border of VT and NH) There's lots of great places to go, I've heard Okemo, Stratton, and Killington are nice.

Oak Hills, Western Hills, Price Hill, Delhi, etc. are west side.

Local Portfolio Lender #1 - This is a local lender but they lend in most of the western states.

Buyer is responsible for everything, repairs, taxes, insurance, bills, everything and it's a part of the contract to keep everything current and in good standing including building codes and or violations which must be done in an orderly fashion.

I tried to buy from New Western but they are too good.
