@Brad HammondYes, that is the direction that I will take, I am putting the house on the market next week, and look for other ventures in another market, being a landlord in Portland has way too many disadvantages, even with Airbnb.Thanks to all, I will update the progress.

I think Edmond is a great market with steady appreciation and a solid tenant base.

Celebrate what you have achieved and then go get the right realtor to move the process along more quickly.And, please PM me to let me know your progress. 

It’s been steady and I’m booked pretty much the rest of the year.

I think we have to rewire so that they are more evenly distributed on the 2 circuits supplying our unit.Also, since it was not an issue when I moved in but became an issue, and then got progressively worse, my electrician friend said the breaker may have to be replaced because they wear our over time.

From my understanding this market has seen steady growth for decades and is not necessarily affected like the larger Texan cities from market fluctuation.

I’ll let you know how the progress is going and I think you’re right also in saying the first step is the hardest.
