What are you plans for San Diego?

Sometimes it's to assess the condition prior to taking private responsibility for it (the City of San Diego wants to privatize stuff so they no longer have to fix it).

Hey all,As the subject says, brand new to the industry from San Jose California.

We have used part of our VA loan already, but we'd like to buy another multi unit in San Diego.

We have two contradicting reports on dry wood termite infestation at our quad in San Diego.One pest company recommends fumigation, the other recommends spot treatment and option to pay 400$/year for re-treatment with company's right to modify price after 2 years).How do I make an informed decision on which recommendation to go with?

Down here in the San Francisco Bay Area, some sellers are hesitant to accept offers with FHA financing.

This is a dilemma that I'm facing now, as well... the tenants just moved out of my one rental property... when I was choosing rent last time (fall 2012, in San Jose, CA area), there were 12 comparable properties within a few miles that I could use for reference. 

I have deals in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino County's just keep looking....... deals are like needles in hay stacks, your going to have to move a lot of hay to find a needle.
