Hey everyone, I was researching financial and real estate podcasts aside from bigger pockets that discuss the market condition in the US (and maybe the world).

I did a search of IRS Form 590 and didn't find a single instance of "self directed", "self-directed", "real estate", "real property", or even "repair".

Whenever I see someone detail goals of reaching number of doors and utilizing section 8 rentals, I immediately assume you are buying low barrier real estate.

You are relying on guests to properly build and control a fire.There is no way I would expect guests to be making a fire and keeping in in control.If you are in the Rocky Mountain west, fire danger is a real thing and one stray spark from some green wood popping could create a wild fire.
