Don't put in real cameras because they'll destroy them and the police aren't really going to do anything with the footage anyway.I haven't gone to Baltimore because it's just too far away for me to manage the project but otherwise I would.

I am not saying it can't be done and you may have nice cashflowing properties that don't require police escort to look at I am just saying... probably not, unless you picked them up 09-12.I feel like people are under the impression that I think there is no money to be made here, which I know is not the case.

You would file for cause and get a copy of the police report to take with to court if you go that route.You are ending his tenancy,,if he's current in rent then you can't file for money owed.
