I have 20 doors at the moment and handle all of my management along with most of the maintenance so there is very little that I have not had to deal with on the landlord/management side.Just let me know a schedule and platform and I will be in.

Furthemore, I am wondering if there are any alternatives available ( hire another relationship manager , sale of ifunding to another crowdfunding platform, direct interaction between investors and sponsors )I thought it might be a good idea to post here and see if other investors in the same boat would want to discuss various options.Thanks

But in my talks with the excise and license guy who oversees STRs, he has explicitly said that a basement apartment, mother-in-law suite/carriage house are considered accessory uses to your primary residence and can be rented full-time, all-the-time on Airbnb (or VRBO or pick your STR platform).

@Lissette Deleon - way too many people try to build a social platform too early by using stock images and quotes and phrases.

The platform usually depends on your area.

Mainly what platforms are the most effective.

The syndication piece is interesting, it's not surprising that a platform that "makes it so easy" is too good to be true!
