If you never own a property that you assign, aren't you essentially a Bird Dog?

I even flat out asked at meetings as in "I am looking for a mentor who will work me like a dog."

The tenants violated the "no pets" policy by having mice as pets , they left their pets when they moved , You the landlord now has to deal with the problem the security deposit may just cover it ...

Renting to strangers opens you up to other things, friends/visitors, cleanliness, pets, smoking, drinking etc.  

The closest i was able to find: I had contacted the MAR and was informed over the phone that "bird dogging" is illegal UNLESS you have an Maryland RE sales license.

I'll start by bird-dogging for the investors I already know in FC, but I'm also keeping an eye out for 1-2 families that I personally would like to purchase.I hope to build my network on here, and get things started.Christine
