Now I am starting to build my buyers list.I am curious, are there any tips on data to keep track of when organizing my buyers?

My business comes from organic seo of BP forum posts, and not nessecarily from BP members.

All that being said, if you stayed out of my way and offered some value on the project (maintaining schedule, daily job logs, taking photos, organizing the yard, coordinating deliveries... played all around errand and gopher boy)...

The lender will want a copy of the lease, Articles of Organization, EIN Number and  Operating Agreement.
