However, when I was reviewing my assessment for the new year I noted that the Master Association's dues I was paying to the Condo were not what the Master Association said it should have been.

Review their management agreement.

Never hurts to have somebody else review your math as well, and make sure you’re asking market rate rents.

I have been trying to find local attorneys to help review leases and provide advice on the new legislation, but most don't want to touch it.

They have a good rating with Trustpilot but I've been told companies have ways to creating false reviews to deceive the public because they know people will check sites like Truspilot. 

Are you looking to create a job and be an active investor or do you just want to monitor and review it as you use it passively?

Research, check reviews, and interview a handful of turnkey companies before settling on one to work with. 

If you are not experienced with real estate contracts in Canada, here is my advice...You should be working with a lawyer to have contract of purchase and sale paperwork drawn up properly (or at least review to make sure you are not putting yourself in an unfavourable situation) and have a template for going forward or be working with a realtor.
