My friend just contact the sponsoring broker who proceeded to say she was requiring a $1000 sign on fee to cover many things, I'm aware of MLS fees but is this normals practice?

I graduate from law school next year.

I am looking out of state because opportunity in my backyard is just too expensive and rules and law dont favor landlord at all.

I’m a new real estate investor in the state of Arizona, and I’m trying to find out how to work a subject To and lease option deal from start to finish which won’t violate any Arizona laws.

***To be clear, I have not purchased any property in Ohio, am simply attempting to understand the rules/laws in the state and thought some of you may be able to help. 

Are there state/local legal factors in place that could preclude me from successfully practicing wholesaling in the area? 

Since this is a comsumer loan, I presume this is for his own home, there are lots of laws regardiing making this loan.

But, as always, an attorney well versed in securities law is going to be your best asset.

I have experience gutting my first home and have practically fixed everything all the way to the studs.
