Hello I’m from Washington DC but will be moving to Las Vegas in 2-3 months.

For example with my short term rentals I charge less than hotels even though I offer more amenities, but in Vegas location almost trumps everything else so I figured to get good returns I have to offer top level amenities at a lower price because I am further away from the strip than the hotels.

(I'm thrifty- I paid over $600 to go to Excaliburs' Tournament of Kings Jousting last night in Vegas!)

I am currently looking to refi, non-recourse, about three retail centers in the Las Vegas Area.

I just heard that Rick Harrison (owner of the Pawn Shop in Las Vegas and the "Pawn Stars" cable show) is building a "container-style" mini mall on one of his Las Vegas lots. 

Now I know you’re thinking who wants to invest in G Vegas right?

However, they only handle a very specific part of Las Vegas (Southwest).
