@Haley Powell I would suggest going with a broker as @Yonah Weiss mentioned they offer a broad range of products rather than a mortgage lender that is tied to their banks products.

I've been doing some internet browsing looking for a robust excel template where I can track all the relevant numbers for my rental props.Anyone have a template they like/are willing to share? 

Open forums are worthless spam fests and internet dumpster talk. 

Real example: I looked at an app a few weeks ago and in the past two years the applicant had been sent to collections by every major internet/cell service provider.

The charts @Lauren Kormylo linked are really where I point people to, those have more thorough information than the broad strokes I'm about to give.  

Raj, there are some options as you describe that pop up now and again on South Broad Street which is a main thoroughfare leading from Hamilton into Trenton on the Southern side of the city.
