I have a motivated seller whose property is up for a tax sale.  He

.- We offered tenant $100K to sign an agreement that says he'd move on 30 days notice, with payment at close of sale. - He said no.  

I tried to get my client to get out, but it was an estate sale, he was rich AF and bleeding money on it, but didn't care because he didn't want to hear about it from his brother in-laws anymore.
