I would say 80% of homes at inspection have some evidence of insect or rodent droppings somewhere.The way I am reading what you are writing is that this is not a mold problem.

I use a Personal Finance Sheet on the Daily, so all my finance have been cut back as much as possible. 2) We locked in a 6.875% rate, So rolling my CC loan into the home verse the 11.99% is a big difference and taken advantage of the write off via the interest would help.

Portland did this in their pearl district it was a defunct area with a bunch of old buildings that were functionally and economically obsolete ( probably like many city cores) but prime locations and all the infrastructure is already there..
