In CA woodland there is an old guy who has a very good land (2+ acres) with wood shop on property.

I'm up in the Spring and Woodlands area.

We are in a secluded area called Woodland Bluffs. 

I'm in the valley too , not too far from Woodland Hills. 

My wife and I are just getting into the real estate game ourselves, we just bought our first home in Woodland, not too far from you.

Woodlands can and tend to be taxed at a lower level than a building.  

Hinsdale, IL, and there is also King Insurance  San Juan Capistrano, CA and Mobile Insurance The Woodlands, TX that I am aware of with reasonable reputations.Finally, modern manufactured homes of recent manufacturer actually perform better in high wind situations than most site built homes built in the last 20 years if they are properly installed.
