To me real estate is always a numbers game, you can do just about any thing including forwarding brokers email blasts to people, I have never tried that but I as a wild guess I would say you would need to forward 100,000 to 1 million, and with those kind of numbers you could hit a person who was happy enough you did it to send you a finders fee.

Maybe if the buyer looks for 1 year they find something but I can't go on a wild goose chase and run a business on a low return, low probability transaction.Now if someone is looking for tough property to find but 6,8 10 million in price then I will put some time in to try and find it between my other deals.
