I was just down in Austin last week and know they have a good presence. 

About a week ago, the borrower came through, and the note is current. 

I later flew out there and walked the properties -the properties and neighborhoods look much different in person than on video. 

Happy to look at properties or do video walk throughs.

Anyone capable is just understanding the market is reverting, and just because we're not taking properties off the market in sub 2 weeks doesn't mean we're "sitting on the sidelines." 

I cannot start any rehab repairs until I get this done and wondering if Im going to have to wait a few weeks or many months?

This could have changed in the last few weeks and is only for Los Angeles county. 

I get the general gist of it but also know it’s a little more complicated than the videos make it out to be.

It is a little slower to find a tenant, in our case maybe 3-4 weeks instead of 1-2 to get our average 10 applicants for 1 signed lease.
