Hello Bigger Pockets Family My name is Primrose but a majority call me by my middle name - Eve- and I was introduced to BP about 3 years ago when I was a recent college grad by a very sweet woman I met at my sister’s wedding.

Looks like there's a theme here......I need to start finding a RE attorney!

What I mean is many of these weekend courses (I have not taken this one so this is not specific to this course), a common theme I hear from investors and verified by BP posts are they see these courses with case studies where they bought a note for 30-50% on the dollar etc.

We meet on the 4th Weds of every month - Aug 25 for the month you are here. 

It has a very artsy theme (named the Ithaca Art House on STR sites!)

I was able to do agent things on Mon/Wed/Fri and school on Tu/Thur.

Meeting in the Sheraton lobby at 10am (wed) and then going to brunch if anyone is interested

There are a ton of permutations on that theme and techniques, but that is the core. 

It seems a recurring theme that networking is key to finding deals outside the MLS among those listed by @Ronald Allen Barney I've heard RE bloggers, those with website bios, those participating in forums such as this, and in person discussions as being ways in which people get to know you and begin to develop a sense of who you are, so later they may think of you when something comes across their desk.

There are of course resales in the same areas near the theme parks that do very well also.
