I'm new to BP, so I hope this is the correct forum for this type of post...I have a SFH in Westchester Los Angeles and am hiring a new property management company within the next week or two.Ideally, I'd like to find someone looking to partner on future deals.I currently have walkthroughs scheduled for contractors and property managers on Wed.

Hi, I'm looking for some advice, and maybe a miracle.I have been in the wedding industry for 6 years and looking for my own small paradise to offer ceremonies for the last 3.  

You should build a really nice large paved patio/ garden on 1 of the acres and rent it nightly as a wedding venue.

Buying our first property was a challenge but finding tenants was even harder because of timing...we were planning our wedding around the same time of purchasing the property.

The plan is to get through the wedding and then begin our journey investing in real estate.

Purchase price: $205,000 Cash invested: $35,000 160 Farm that we plan to do Agri-toursim, tiny home cabins for Airbnb, retreats, weddings and other events.

He made it sound as this was a great way to find property (We were drinking at his sons wedding so I hope this is relevant).

I'm interested if anyone on here has any or much experience with owning a wedding venue?

I found this deal by discussing my interest in real estate investing at a wedding.
