Heard a few rumours on some lawsuits being prepared which could prolong the legilslation going active.They are discrimination related.I want to see how Ohio Cashflow can assist in the fight also as the BS stinks so much that we smell it everyday.Usually, I stay away from such matters but this is just so ridiculous that we can't resist Coffee?

There is 4 weeks for drawing plans and design time, client review time, time to acquire the land, plot survey, permit time, then build time of 6 to 8 months and then any construction delays due to weather etc.

In case your building is a very small building, install a lock box in hallways, a place that is a bit protected of the weather and not being in plain view.

They grew so fast for the last 3 to 4 years that incomes have not be able to keep up and that we may be reaching price resistance because of the blue collar people that we rent to don't want to spend any more of their income on housing.
