I haven't used it but they have virtual tenant accounts ect. 

However, there are ways to structure your 1031 to accommodate virtually any timeline you can think of -- sell one, buy one, sell the other two...buy, then sell all three over time, etc.

Picking up indicators during conversations w/ list agents/sellers and asking the right questions is the art of the deal.  

Any kind of remote work would be an option: Virtual assisting, social media management, website design, etc.

In virtually all large city markets it is currently cheaper to rent than to own.
