Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?

That experience made me realize I want to dive deeper into this space.Right now, I’m in the research phase—figuring out locations, property types, and strategies while working on funding and budgeting.

Any realtors out there can suggest any and explain your experience with them?

I don't have a lot of experience, but I do have the ability to exchange my time, so that could be a form a currency that benefits them. 

Unlike cash buyers or those with extensive experience in the market, many younger buyers are still navigating the mortgage process while actively house hunting.

What are some other things I should retain to make the landlord experience easier?

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.
