How that type of business venture would pencil out I am unsure and I think @Rachel H. would be more in tune with those numbers.

I would recommend sticking to one strategy at first before you venture into others.

Im mainly here to build relationships and to partner on STR, LTR, and possibly do some flips - if you have other business ventures Im interested in that as well!

It's helpful to have economys of scale in any business venture, but in new construction it's even more important because you really need to drive the price down.
