The rich are the ones who invested early in them.I used to be under the impression that you make money investing in stocks and thru' compounding. 

A mentor told me to become knowledgeable through YouTube so that when I schedule “lunch dates” with CGAs,  I can impress them a little bit.

When i first started reading about DSCR i was under the impression they were still generally 30 year fixed loans. 

No one in any industry or sector is safe from being sued lol 3 years may be short amount of time, but I think most would be impressed by what we've accomplished and what our understanding of the STR market and opportunity  is.

I was under the impression I had to start an LLC ( for protection) and get a bank account set up first... at least that was what Pace Morby was saying. 

Unfortunately, due to this false impression, dubious legislation that will hurt small and mid-sized investors (and thereby the cities they invest and renovate houses in) has been introduced.

I think if I was just starting out, I would avoid the expensive courses (I never did one but am thoroughly not impressed with folks who tell me about their experiences) and find someone who could do some 1-1 training and orientation to set me in the right direction and make order out of the abundance of options and strategies.
