Your standard retail building with a few tenants. looking into different cash out options, but I feel sticking with conventional for the cash out refinance, but flipping to DSCR lender for the next purchase of mixed use real estate is the best of both worlds.  

looking for the most user friendly app / platform

I was thinking of switching to propstream but would like other users thoughts.  

I can tell you as the end user why I did it. 

Even when we were using Beyond Pricing which is a little more user friendly (our software's are a bit complex and bulky as we are managing 65ish units). 

In my opinion, Airbnb is trying to offer as PMS type functions as they can and be as user friendly as they can so people will ditch the PMS and OTA and only list on Airbnb. 

Commercial rates are lower for a user than an investor.

I have looked at Quickbooks, and find Quicken for user more user-friendly and intuitive. 

And here comes the agents telling you their market is best.Turnkey properties are hard to find because you are competing against owner users.
