And with Oil being a big part of the economy ( not for everyone in the city, but it'll definitely send some shockwaves with all the layoffs), it's likely 200k will go even further as the months go by.

As to actual job growth numbers I would be unable to tell you but at least in South Miami where I live you can definitely tell the city is undergoing major growth in all aspects.As for TX, I think certain areas are good markets specifically Dallas and maybe Houston ( althought its a little bit down right now).

The property is currently vacant and will undergo a total gut within the next 2-3 weeks hopefully.

There is not a lot of work that needs to be done to the home, it had to undergo mold remediation but that part is done.  

This unit will be undergoing repair for at least 2-3 weeks.
