The biggest oxymoron since jumbo shrimp and reality TV! 

Atlanta is an area with a lot of upside, people are moving here all the time whether it's tech companies or even TV/Movie studios (there's been a lot of filming going on around here lately).

They just base their conclusions on what they hear or see on late night TV.

When the compressor for the fridge kicks out, its nice not to have it on a circuit with something else such as a TV because the inrush current is higher.

My places are old school, a Smart TV is about as cutting edge as I get.Do you have a phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range that you can control from your phone?

i.e. provide an annual prize (New TV, VIP parking space, 1 month free rent, etc.) but you only qualify with 12 months of on-time rent payment and in good standing with management? 

I'm not an attorney, and never played one on TV - but seems to me if he signed the original lease with the 15-day clause in it, then he accepted that provision and therefore must abide by it.

If the tenant is sitting there downloading TV shows, music, etc and you're the one paying the bill, you're the one who ends up with your name on the summons when the court comes calling.I'd call the local internet provider and ask what the options are.

When my husband and I toured the home there was a woman living in the home, but there was only a sofa, a TV, 2 beds and clothes in the closets.
