Even a tree falling on the property or fire would not be covered, if they found out you "broke" the policy agreement by using a landlord policy for a STR. 

Each time you consult a lawyer, you receive a different answer, and the subsequent lawyer may provide a completely different solution or, even worse, refute what the previous lawyers have said.One of the primary issues is their inherent biases.

If you want insurance bookings, submit your property to relocation companies like ALE Solutions and CRS Temporary Housing.

If it does not, there are only two solutions.  1) You could restate your operating agreement. 

Immediately started making minor improvements, due to hurricane season decided to remove one tree and trim a huge oak tree at the other location. 

So unfortunately, as you scale, finding creative solutions like my colleagues above have suggested will be the name of the game.

Removing the tree will be the bigger concern and should be a lot more money.

I previously used free services like Cozy (before merging with Apartments.com) and Rentler ( before merging with another company and charging fees for ACH payments) but now I use them as an all-in-one PM solution for the most part.
