I don't run a real estate brokerage and I'm not an agent so I don't know enough to comment about that industry and who should be fired, etc. 

Even more so if rates drop just below 6%, which is currently industry consensus.But that may not be true for all markets.

I would make sure that you're always learning and meeting people in this industry.

I haven’t heard the story of  the investor who rode the coat tails of a wholesaler to the same level of success but networking and building relationships with wholesalers seems to be prioritized over all others industry participants.
