My wife has a internet business, but not seeing the amount of traffic she would like. any suggestions

I'm not really sure what is considered good traffic.

It depends on how much traffic there is on highway where the billboard post is located, the size of it, its visibility (from one or two sides) etc etc.

Get a website, and post ads everywhere to draw the traffic to your site.

If you're just doing a directory type service I think your best model may be to offer free basic listings to build up content and traffic from tenants, then charge for extra stuff like 'featured listing', and photographs in the listing, etc.

I just started so I am trying to build my buyers list and market my company so I get more traffic to the site.

Of course the traffic you get will depend upon the size of the commecial piece.

A blog is great for traffic, but I would not point marketing efforts there.
