We have since then added our first child to the mix and we are finding out what tired really means.

In a better area if you get tired you can turn the property over to a property manager and sell when you get your price.In low class neighborhoods finding a property manager will be tough if not impossible.

Won't close on the property for two more weeks, but have been watching this property for months, and this car has never moved, flat tires, etc. 

When I got tired of doing them myself, I could get local subs to do them for $30-$40 a window. 

They may get tired of sending you letters and just stop.

Man...I can smell the early retirement....And you wonder why Brandon Turner repeatedly says in the podcasts that there are "many tired landlords out there". 

What happens if the owner occupants just get tired of having renters nearby and enact HOA rules to prohibit rentals. 

I am happily married, 5 kids, federal government worker, and I am tired of working long hours just to make ends meat!

I feel I should be killing it at this point but it's just been 2 1/2 months of meeting people and spinning tires.
