And if so, does that mean I can’t even remove the texture off the walls?

Leave exposed and coat with polycyclic, whitewash, etc. or install drywall, texture, and paint?

Even drywall has a level of effort, smooth finish or textured?

@Mark Sewell last time when i was at Jet Lending event, there was a gentleman named Eddie Speed.

Situated along the banks of the big Deschutes River for floating, kayaking, swimming.Sunriver is serviced by a private airport with many flying in on their private jets (probably some from O.C.) 

They get used when people first move in, but after that they just get used to massage sore muscles with the jets.  

Thanks guys for suggestions, I ended up using Beach plumbing and jetting out of Long Beach and they got the job done
