I feel that I have been given the talents and connections to be successful in business, but I do my best to lean on Christ rather than my own understanding here, Proverbs 3 style. 

You don't want all the folks to have identical talents or they have little to add, I was thinking banking , buy and hold, realtor, flipper, contractor, wholesaler, even beginner as some of the areas of experience to mix in. 

the time, inspectors over state the condition of the problem and make you take extreme corrective measures that may not be necessary, this is where local contractor talent and reputation.

It's not your talent to sell stuff or your good looks or your ability to talk some talk someone out of their equity or money, get a Phd. in Real estate and a license to consult and you can charge 20K on a 2M dollar deal, not a 45K house.

They just days ago acquired some top league talent, Omid Ashtari , as VP of Strategy & Operations, so things are definitely looking up for this startup (and it's customers!)

This is a great match for many realtors, as well as FTHBs, and there are certainly talented realtors that work for Redfin.

I also need to develop a network of talent in this area.   

The other is successful as well but is slowed down because of his passion to work and create with his hands as he is a very talented and creative type and loves hard work and produces a beautiful and qualitative product in his niche.

I have some very talented home inspectors I use.

However, that stated, you can hire the best creative talent in the business and spend thousands of dollars and still be disappointed in the results.
