Brian, I did have a pro membership on here but just downgraded because I wasn't seeing any value for the pro membership - I did see where you could post deals but they were all jumbled up with different locations and it just didn't seem to be all that user friendly.

@Jane Guerreso the credit bureaus will typically not allow individual landlords to report payment data to them without going through an extensive membership process.

@Gary KaneIf the IRA has an equity stake in the profits of the flip, such as membership interest in the LLC, then the IRA is considered to have trade or business income.If, however, the IRA were simply to lend money to someone else's LLC, then the income to the IRA is deemed to be passive and therefore not subject to UBIT.
