It's discriminating against a person based on a medical condition.If you want to require it, require it to all smokers regardless of the substance.

“Drug-related illegal activity” means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, purchase, USE, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell distribute, or USE of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. 8002) or possession of drug paraphernalia.2.Resident, any member of the resident’s household or guest or other person under the resident’s control shall not engage in any act intended to facilitate illegal activity, including drug-related illegal activity, on or near the said premises.3.Resident or members of the household will not permit the dwelling to be used for, or to facilitate illegal activity, including drug-related illegal activity, regardless of whether the individual engaging in such activity is a member of the household.4.Resident or members of the household will not engage in the manufacture, sale or distribution of illegal drugs at any locations, whether on or near the dwelling unit premises, or otherwise.5.Resident, any members of the resident’s household, or a guest or other person under the resident’s control shall not engage in acts of violence, or threats of violence, including but not limited to the unlawful discharge of firearms, prostitution, criminal street gang activity, intimidation, or any other breach of the housing agreement that the other wise jeopardizes the health safety or welfare of the landlord, his agents, or tenants.6.VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL BE A MATERIAL VIOLATION OF THE HOUSING AGREEMENT AND GOOD CAUSE FOR TEMINATION OF TENANCY.

I've never seen that term used in cases where loans between related parties were under dispute.I would be more interested in demonstrating the interest was reasonable based market research, there is evidence of repayment, evidence of any collateral, consistent treatment as a loan on both tax forms, inclusion of interest income for him and interest deductions for you, there were provisions for enforcement of collection on nonpayment, amortization schedule, etc.Remember, it is canon that substance takes precedence to form.

With your successes, people would want to hear what you have to say and know what you know, but they would also be the type of people who could hold their own in a conversation and could contribute just as much substance on the topic of investing as any other experienced investor to the point that you could learn from him or her just as much as he or she could learn from you about investing.

Any solid or fluid (such as water, steam, air, or flue gas) which is used to convey heat from a heat source (such as a boiler furnace), either directly or through a suitable heating device, to a substance or space being heated.I don't know what kind of system you have, and their information isnt enough for me to understand the scope of work.

@Caroline Gerardo is correct on the issues these projects typically face...neighborhood opposition which can be an annoyance but won't stop a project (most complaints aren't based in the substance of the approval) and parking are the big ones...in 2007/2008 ish the City revised the requirement for a conversion to bring the site into current parking standards.

I know from experience that many industry professionals often overlook someone who looks super young or is considered a newbie if all they are contributing is a "plan" without some level of substance and resources.
