Hi all, student here with a few properties under my belt.

Some should be students in other programs.There are ways to invest without tying up capital. 

I am a student at Boston University studying Mathematical Finance.

I use All State, one of few willing to insure our properties due to the college students who may or may not rent the apartments.

Or is he just using his students to get deals from, steal deals, etc..?????   

Current tenant will take good care of property, and paint job for next 2 years, after which I will rent to college students.
