ThanksGenerally the more space for heads on beds you can provide the better. st pete is strict with STRs and MTRs there’s about 4 streets in the entire city that allow for it.

If you're going the umbrella insurance route, perhaps see if it will cover you for several things including just the routine slip and fall (like mold or earthquake).

I don't think Indy is a cash flow market at the moment and is strictly an appreciation play.....this is my personal opinion.
