I am wanting to build an All-Star team in San Antonio, TX with a Real Estate Attorney, Contractor(s), Title Company(s), Inspector, etc.I would like to hear recommendations from this group.Thanks in advance!

Alot of the retiring owners don't mind holding private paper...and it pays them more than cash sitting in the bank at less than 1%.There are some bright stars in here and some thugs...don't be discouraged.  

From talking with the friend who recommended her I don't think there will be any issue with income/credit/background check (the fact that she started paying the ex-wife in the above scenario was a gold star in our eyes).  

Seriously though, 5 star post.

I am new at real estate investing I will like to know what are the process to make a contract to star a process of buying a house.

Go out and buy a trailer for 20K in Lolyd Star, or Bogue Chitto School District and rent it out for $700 for example.
